All products displaying the Undercover Mama brand carry a 1 year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

Hassle-Free Return Policy

If for ANY reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of order date, for a full refund (less shipping). Merchandise must be in resalable condition, see detailed return policy.

We offer free exchanges for US orders. Email sales@undercovermama.com for shipping label.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, please contact sales@undercovermama.com.

Your Detailed Return Policy

• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed (This includes product with deodorant stains, other stains, perfume smells, cigarette smells, etc. If you still choose to return an item that is clearly worn or ineligible for return, we will ship it back to you.

• Your returns must be in their original packaging with tags attached. Any returns without their original packaging or that is not resalable will be subject to a processing fee or shipped back to you.

• Your return will be sent back to you at your expense if the merchandise does not meet our requirements for a return.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
